My favorite scripture is Galatians 6:9 , where the Word reminds us to not be weary in well doing for in DUE season, we will reap if we don’t faint. I am reminded daily to hold on to the promises of God in spite of what my situation looks like. Today, I want to encourage you that your due season can come upon you in an INSTANT! Stay focused on Christ and EXPECT your move at ANY MOMENT. That’s ALL it takes for your life to change is a moment.

There are many things God has promised us. Let us set our mind on Him, seeking the Kingdom , as we wait for those promises to manifest in our lives. (ref Matt 6:33) Let’s be honest…with all the new gadgets, entertainment and social media excitement , we tend to lose our focus rather easily. These things are temporal when observed next to our eternal King!!! Distractions come quick and usually don’t announce themselves, so be sober and alert!!!

Adversity is never invited into our lives, but as we follow Christ, it should always be welcomed. God allows the challenges we face to strengthen our character. Embrace the difficulties and let them promote you.Overcome Adversity!

Don’t get complacent or think it strange when NOTHING seems to be moving in your circumstances. His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than ours! He is working the miracle while we WORK the wait! How do we do that? As you seek God in the Word,
1) Worship God from a place of expectation. Trust the promises of God spoken over your life, and just worship the God that keeps those promises.
2) Obey God from a place of faith. Move and obey even when you don’t see what God is doing. As instructions are given, know that it is God!
3) Pray from a place of perseverance! Stay on your face and communicate with the Lord! Don’t stop praying through the wait. Don’t keep asking for answers, just seek Him for wisdom, direction and strength. Intimacy comes before clarity!!! Get close to God and allow the Spirit to give you understanding!
If this is your season, grow through it and OVERCOME THE WAIT!

God will sometimes bring you to a place where you feel complete brokeness and every area of your life is in disarray. This is a painful, but great place to be. God is the ultimate mender of brokeness, and you being there means He wants to do some mending in you! God makes us whole. You can’t fill a broken vessel, everything will spill out. Allow God to heal and mend those broke areas… then patiently wait for the filling!!!

This world has so many things to keep us occupied. There is never a lack of an event or entertainment avenue for us to participate in. We spend time working throughout the week , then filling up our weekend with more activities to have a break from our work week! We do more just to take a break from doing? Doesn’t make sense does it, but daily, weekly, monthly, we do it… and for what?
We seem to believe God makes all these things available for our pleasure. We seem to believe God supplying all of our needs means all our worldly adventures. We seem to believe resting means being stimulated by outside resources. And none of these things are necessarily bad, right? The better question is are the really good? Are they building God’s kingdom? Are souls being saved by our actions and adventures? Everything may be good, but is it good for YOU to be doing as a believer???
Check your lifestyle and see if you are filling your days with things that are permissible ( okay to do ), but not beneficial ( not having true meaning or purpose ). Check your heart to see if you would RATHER be doing things that make you FEEL good as oppose to actions that make others FEEL God! Allow your daily life to line up with God’s agenda, not yours! Allow the Holy Spirit to guide you to do things that are needed for the Kingdom, not just pleasurable!
Let’s not settle for good, when God is clearly the better choice!

2 of the hardest things to give in this world are money and encouragement. Strangely , we all enjoy receiving them. We are call to comfort and encourage each other ( 1 Thessalonians 5:11 ) , but do we actually do this?
We love for people to support us and be loyal, but are we the same way. Or have we gotten so use to expecting “Atta boys” that we are hesitant to offer any?
Look for someone to speak life into. Prepare yourself to be a giver, instead of receiver. This is something we are all required to do as believers and it is not based on titles or positions or emotion or feelings. Give and it shall be given to you. Get your comfort from the Spirit and then give to other what you have received.

It seems so long ago that I decided to give my life to Christ and spend the rest of my life pursuing Him. With that came a lot of pains, trials, and seasons of complete despair and confusion. But one thing remained…I was an Overcomer through Christ. A ministry (and many other things ) was birthed through this and my purpose and passion is to guide as many souls as I can through the process of overcoming personal tribulations to walk in their passion as disciples of Christ.
Impact R.O.O.M. is my personal ministry that is being launched and the following is a small introduction to the mission and vision God has given me to carry.
MISSION:
To instruct, coach, and guide God’s people through the journey of overcoming the bondage of worldly mindsets, past hurts and addictions. Our focus is to walk this life in Christ, learning who we are and His plan and will in our lives.
VISION:
The Impact ROOM is a place of refuge where the Word of God and the power of Christ through the Holy Spirit impacts, transforms, and propels kingdom-minded believers from deliverance into discipleship and destiny.

This is a place of progression through our position in Christ.
